What / who inspired you to start MMA?
What inspired me to start MMA was my competitive spirit. I would also have to thank my friends who I started my kickboxing journey with, and my family who i’d also train alongside with. If it wasn’t for the camaraderie I don’t think I would be where I am today.

What drives you to continue progressing and pushing yourself?
What drives me to continue to progress and push myself is my will to win or to at least have given it my all and that way I won’t have any regrets.

What part does fitness / health / wellness play in your life?
フィットネス、健康、ウェルネスは、確かに密接に関係しています。自分自身のために時間を作ること——屋外で探索して過ごすこと、読書や日記を書く時間を設けること、きちんと食事をすること、家族や友人と時間を共有すること、あるいは不可能に思えることではなく可能なことに目を向けること——そういったことが、人生に対するより良い見通しと視野をもたらしてくれると実感しています。

What has MMA taught you about yourself?
MMAが私自身について教えてくれたのは、心に決めたことは何でもできるということです。また、規律を持つことの大切さと、設定したどんな目標も達成できるということも学びました。恐れを知らずにいられること、そしてどんな困難な状況が訪れても乗り越えられるということも教えてくれました。

What would you hope to inspire in the people who look up to you?
What I would hope to inspire in the people that look up to me is that life is short and time is precious so we must maximize spreading faith, hope, and love to others around us. Also that we have the power to change anything that we feel is weighing us down in life and to always strive for the best version of yourself. Never stop learning.

Any words or tips to women who want to start MMA?
Some words or tips to any females who want to start MMA would be to first find your “WHY “ and let that be your biggest motivator !! Have fun, train hard, put in the work and do your thing!
